A wheel barrack, in this case called a "rest wagon" is used as a place to get new energy during breaks and to freshen up with a sink & toilet. Often also serves as a meeting place and as a fixed operating point to start from.
This is our largest variant from Norrlandsvagnar and 15 people can sit around the table at the same time and have coffee or eat.
